Tree Hugs NL is an e-commerce store based in Newfoundland & Labrador, Canada. We create and sell handmade jewellery made from fallen NL tree branches.

By purchasing from our store, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy.

2. Products & Descriptions

  • All items are handmade and may vary slightly in size, shape, and color. This uniqueness is part of the natural and handcrafted process.

  • We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and images, but we cannot guarantee exact color accuracy due to monitor/screen differences.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been received.

  • We accept payments through secure third-party payment providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Shopify Payments).

  • Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., postal delays, weather conditions).

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Tree Hugs NL is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • All content on this website, including product images, text, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Tree Hugs NL and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Our jewellery is not intended for children under 12 due to small parts that may pose a choking hazard.
